CONSTRUCTIM SA (the “Controller”) complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and the applicable Romanian legislation.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP): https://www.dataprotection.ro.
